We already had the honour of welcoming Alain Passard as a guest chef to the Villa Louise several times. In September 2023, it was that time again. Alain Passard is a French Michelin-starred chef and owner of the three-star restaurant " Arpège " in Paris.

Alain Passard is considered not only one of the best chefs in the world, but also an undisputed legend of vegetarian haute cuisine. He knows how to transform the simplicity of vegetables into a culinary highlight. He once said, "The most beautiful cookbook is written by nature, we are just the ambassadors inspired by it. Despite his success, there is nowhere that Alain Passard feels more at home than in one of the three vegetable gardens that belong to his restaurants in the west of France. This is where he finds inspiration, explores the culinary potential of vegetables, and gives this product, usually served as a side dish, its full nobility.
