Villa Louise
In November, Julia Komp, the youngest Michelin-starred chef in Germany, cooked for us at Villa Louise. Her menu was inspired by the culinary journeys she's had around the world. During her travels to Morocco, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Thailand, and Japan, she fell in love with the local flavors and their culinary traditions. She brought all those influences together and created a one-of-a-kind menu, which she and her team prepared for us for Season 11.
