Marcus Jernmark, the master of Nordic cuisine, visited Villa Louise and enchanted us with his culinary skills.

Jernmark's passion for cooking began at a young age in his hometown of Gothenburg, Sweden. In 2006, he had the honor of representing Sweden and its culinary reputation while working for the Swedish Consulate General in New York City.

In 2009, his impressive journey began as a sous chef at the renowned three-star restaurant Aquavit, where he later took on the role of executive chef.

In 2014, Jernmark continued his career at the world-famous restaurant "Frantzén" in Stockholm, which became the first Swedish restaurant to be awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide in 2018.

Today, Marcus Jernmark opened the exclusive, invitation-only "Habitué" in Los Angeles, together with sommelier Max Coane and chef Robert Sandberg.
