In September, we at Villa Louise had the honour of welcoming the Hamburg chef Thomas Imbusch.

His restaurant 100/200, which has held two Michelin stars since 2022, is characterised by craftsmanship and excellence. Inspired by the four seasons, he builds his menus four times a year, offering a journey through the respective

season and what nature has to offer at that time.

“Water boils at 100 degrees, my oven runs at 200 degrees,” is how Thomas explains the name of his restaurant, which is located near the Elbe bridges in Hamburg.
