Tim Raue **

At the end of the year and season 10 of Villa Louise, we had the great pleasure of once again welcoming renowned chef Tim Raue to our Villa Louise. We have been honored several times by Tim and his team.

Tim Raue has redefined German haute cuisine and is one of the few German chefs to have made a name for himself internationally. His restaurant "Tim Raue" not only has two Michelin stars, but is also currently ranked at number 40 in "The World's 50 Best Restaurants". The menu at his restaurant is characterized by sophisticated dishes with an Asian influence.

For a long time, Raue's focus has been on the creation of dishes that do not burden the body, but rather give it energy. Explaining and connecting the idea behind each of his dishes is something Tim takes very seriously.
