The year 2024 and Villa Louise´s 11th season came to a remarkable end with an exquisite dinner created by the three-star chefs Frédéric Anton and Mehdi Sgard.
Frédéric Anton, head chef and director of the prestigious “Le Pré Catelan” in Paris, which has held three Michelin stars since 2007, elevates classic dishes with his distinctive style: modern, subtle, and refined. He is also the chef behind “Le Jules Verne,” the renowned restaurant on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, which was awarded with two Michelin stars in 2024. In addition to his success in Paris, Frédéric Anton recently launched “La Ferme du Pré,” a unique dining experience housed in a former dairy in Louvemont. This new venture combines his deep passion for regional and sustainable cuisine with a concept rooted in nature.
At his side is the talented Mehdi Sgard, chef de cuisine at both “Le Pré Catelan” and the newly opened “La Ferme du Pré.” Sgard’s visionary and cosmopolitan approach to gastronomy continues to captivate and inspire.
In 2018, we had the privilege of welcoming Frédéric Anton as a guest chef at Villa Louise. It was an honour to host him once again!
