Villa Louise
Villa Louise has kicked off its 12th season with Marcelo Ballardin, the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant OAK in Ghent.
Marcelo Ballardin is known for creative and harmonious compositions of fresh, seasonal ingredients, refined with Asian spices and Mediterranean herbs. His career has taken him to some of the most renowned restaurants including Hertog Jan in Bruges, Geranium in Copenhagen and Oud Sluis. He also gained valuable experience as a food developer at Pure C in Cadzand.
Since 2014, he has been delighting guests at his own restaurant, OAK in Ghent, with his extraordinary creations.
