Viki Geunes ***

With chef Viki Geunes, we´ve kicked off 2024 and marked the beginning of the 11th season of Villa Louise.

Viki Geunes opened the restaurant ''t Zilte'' in 1996. In 2004, the restaurant received its first Michelin star, followed by its second four years later. In 2021 the restaurant was awarded 3 Michelin stars.

In 2008, it was awarded 18 out of 20 points in the GaultMillau restaurant guide, and in 2023 the rating improved by half a point to 18.5/20.

Restaurant ''t Zilte'' aims to offer its guests a holistic and emotional experience, starting with the Antwerp skyline on the top floor of the museum 'aan de Stroom'. Exceptional products, pure and strong flavours are used to create balanced creations. At 't Zilte, cooking becomes an art.

All of this is supported by a dedicated team that emphasises expertise and hospitality.
