Another guest chef at Villa Louise this year is Anthony Demetre, chef of the Michelin-starred Wild Honey St James restaurant.
Inspired by the cooking skills of his Greek grandmother, Anthony developed a passion for French cuisine at an early age. He has been creating exceptional dishes in London for years, starting at the popular city restaurant Arbutus, where he pioneered the concept of "bistronomy".
His current restaurant, "Wild Honey St James," opened in the spring of 2019, following a 12-year tenure at the Mayfair location of the same name. At "Wild Honey," he combines classic French cooking techniques with seasonal British ingredients, giving the dishes a modern bistro touch. The name Wild Honey symbolises the natural and authentic flavours used in the kitchen.
